Known Exceptions

Connection Timeout

• The drivers are not installed. Drivers can be downloaded from Download area.
• The battery is fully uncharged. Charge the battery at least to 40 percents
• You are using bad cable. It should not be too thin or too long. Check that the length of your cable is not more than 1 metre.
• You are using usb hub or usb repeater.

Flash Read failed

Reasons which can lead to this error:

• You are using bad cable. It should not be too thin or too long. Check that the length of your cable is not more than 1 metre.
• You are using usb hub or usb repeater.
• You are using wrong drivers. Try to reinstall drivers. Drivers can be downloaded from Download area.
• Bad usb ports. Sometimes usb ports of pc or laptop work very unstable with the handset. Try changing usb port. If it doesnt help try using another pc. Using pc is better than using laptop.

Flash Write failed

Reasons which can lead to this error:

• You are using bad cable. It should not be too thin or too long. Check that the length of your cable is not more than 1 metre.
• You are using usb hub or usb repeater.

Changing comport failed

Close application, then open it and then reconnect to the phone.

No response from server

Reasons which can lead to this error:

• You dont have internet connection. Some operations like 'repair imei' need an internet connection.
• You are using Lte,3G,Gprs network. Mobile internet can be unstable and continuously loose connection. Try using wired internet connection.

Smartcard not found

Reasons which can lead to this error:

• The smartcard is not connected to the computer. Plug the smart-card into the usb port.
• Smart-card drivers are not installed. Install drivers for your smart-card. You can download them here

Action cancelled

This exception message appears if application found some mistakes in user actions. For example you try to flash 5047D firmware into the 6058D handset. Or you try to flash security file as a firmware.

Common Internal Error

If you see this message in the log, it means the application caused the unknown error. We try to debug and fix all such cases but sometimes this error can appear. Please write a letter to dev.atool.easybox@gmail.com and describe your problem so we could fix it as soon as possible.
